If your uptight and don't find yourself enjoying life everyday than avoid this movie. Fun flick, Jude Law is an amazing actor, very funny, heart warming, and an over all good movie.

Too much bad language and I left the movie 2/3's the way thru. I usually like 90% of the movies I see which are about 85 to 90 of all of them.

Great British humor. Had love, sadness, action, and humor. Really good movie!

DOM HEMINGWAY is a wonderful movie, and Jude Law is magnificent in the role. He owns every moment of every scene. The dialogue is often flowery and too literary, but in Mr. Law's mouth it all works beautifully. My wife and I were riveted throughout and didn't want the movie to end. Great supporting cast as well, especially Richard E. Grant. I highly recommend this film to anyone who likes truly interesting characters in a movie that isn't formulaic in any way.

Dom Hemingway grabbed me from the opening scene to the end. The very first scene shows Jude Laws incredible acting ability. He starts out with a soliloquy that truly displays the depth of his abilities. His starring role is well supported by Richard Grant (aka Dickie Black) as an excellent counterbalance to the overwhelming character of Dom. In fact, their two roles are so well done that all the other characters are just bit players. The movie moves along at a good pace and is so captivating that I was surprised when it ended. The dialogue was outstanding and the writers should definitely receive an award for their work. Every scene was over the top. This is definitely a must-see film.
